Bringing Chinese Charcoal BBQ to Auckland Backyards
Ember Lane BBQ was created from a simple idea: after 15 years of living in New Zealand, we wanted to share the Chinese BBQ experience we grew up loving with our Auckland community. New Zealand already has a wonderful BBQ culture, but Chinese charcoal BBQ brings something different: smaller cuts, deeper marination, bold spices, real charcoal smoke, and a lively night-market atmosphere. Our chef has over 20 years of BBQ experience in China. We use fresh meat, real wood charcoal, and traditional seasoning methods, with no frozen meat, no tenderiser, no artificial flavouring, and no shortcuts. We bring the grill, the charcoal, the chef, and the full BBQ experience to your home or event, so you can relax, gather with friends, and enjoy something truly different. Ember Lane BBQ is our way of bringing authentic Chinese charcoal BBQ to Auckland — one skewer at a time.
